In my latest download, '10 Wearable Trends for Spring / Summer 2022' I go into this highly-versatile fashion trend that will suit anyone. Minimal luxury is all about neutral shades, stream-lined silhouettes, opulent fabrics (which don't have to cost much to look damn fine) and an effortlessly chic vibe.

Here's some minimal luxe runway inspiration and affordable versions of each look. All garments are available to buy right now. Scroll to the bottom to get your mitts on a copy of the 10 Wearable Trends for SS21, which includes style advice about which trends will work for your body shape and colouring. Let's take a closer look at how to own this trend.

1. Maxi shirt dress and trousers
Wear as seen, with just one or two buttons done up if you dare, or layer a simple top underneath for more modesty. The flowing fabrics and similar tones create effortless style that can be worn to work or the beach.

2. Relaxed-fit co ord
The lamé mohair fabric in this look is quite unique. Emulate the aesthetic with a two-piece made from a luxurious-looking material which doesn't cling to the body. Go with skirt or trousers, whichever best suits your personality and lifestyle.

3. Mix-and-match tailoring in tactile fabrics
This look exudes feminine authority. The colours work in harmony and the oversized trousers balance the plunging neckline, so that it looks tasteful and expensive. Drape the coat over your shoulders, like a cape, during cool evenings.

4. Relaxed fit suit
So simple, yet so effective. The subdued shade of slate grey isn't overpowering or girly, so that the silhouette can speak for itself. A cinched waist and strappy, black sandals complete the look.
