I used to be self-deprecating and wore whatever I thought looked interesting, without understanding how it worked for me. I am passionate about helping you accelerate your transformation as I've walked the same path.
Our interactive, online sessions will empower you with support, healing methods and tips to reach your desired mindset, style and body confidence goals. You'll become aware of your self-image so that you can shift it to a higher perspective. This is a safe, encouraging and nurturing space, designed to help guide your journey of self-discovery, so that you can embody the self-worth and love that you deserve to feel.
RESULT: reach your self-image and body confidence goals through our online coaching sessions. The video call sessions are great for deeper work, with weekly tasks and accountability to get the results you want in a structured timeframe. The email service is great for guidance as and when you need it, to take action on in your own time.
HOW IT WORKS: you'll be sent an online survey so that I can get to know your style desires and goals. Coaching can take place via online calls or by email. Choose from:
- 4 video call sessions at 45 minutes each OR
- 12 emails to work through your goals.
For online video or phone calls, when you’ve booked in your times of choice, you’ll be sent a link to the calls. Whether by call or email, we will work through your challenges, so that you can attain all your style and empowerment goals.
